Event

Ilios is loud, and a little chaotic – in the best way. Dinner starts calm: Greek mezze, lamb chops, fresh seafood, and a glass of Assyrtiko under the stars. Then the lights drop.

At 9 PM, the fire performers take over. By 10:30 PM, plates are in the air. By 11, the whole room is on its feet. If you want a polite, quiet dinner in Cancun, this is not the place. If you want a night you’ll talk about at home – reserve a table.

How the Night Unfolds

Four acts in one evening. You can come for all of it, or drop in late.
Cozy restaurant with warm lighting, wooden tables, glassware, woven lamps, potted plants, and large windows.

5 PM - 11 PM

Fire Show
9 PM
People dance and celebrate with raised hands and joyful faces at a festive Ilios Restaurant party under warm lighting.
Plate Smashing
10 PM
Friends celebrate at a restaurant as two women in white present a cake with a sparkling candle. Smiles and applause fill the scene.

10 PM - 2 AM

Good to Know

Dress Code Smart casual. Think linen, summer dresses, nice sandals. No flip-flops or swimwear.
Kids Kids are welcome for dinner and the fire show. After 10 PM the vibe shifts to a party - most families head home by then.
Seating Duration With a reservation your table is guaranteed for at least 2 hours. On busier nights, you may be asked to move to the bar area after that - but you're welcome to stay as long as there's space.
Minimum Spend No minimum for groups with 11 guests or less. You pay for your dinner and drinks. The live show is included.
Deposit For groups of 12 people or more a deposit of 1,000 MXN (~59 USD) per person is required, fully usable as consumption credit.
