Taxis don’t use meters and overcharge tourists routinely. A private driver means a fixed price, a known vehicle, no surge pricing, and someone who knows where everything is.

Pick-up location (a venue or hotel name is more reliable than an address – Cancun addresses are unreliable), date and time, and whether you want hourly or daily. Vehicle preference and any special requests are optional.

All of them, yes. Vehicles are regularly maintained and carry liability insurance plus emergency medical coverage in Mexico. We strongly recommend you also carry your own travel medical insurance – the local insurance does not cover repatriation or medical care in your home country.
