Which Ride Do You Need?
Airport shuttle
A private ride between Cancun airport and your hotel, one way or round trip, at a fixed price per vehicle. Your driver tracks your flight and waits at the terminal with your name.
Private driver
For days with several stops: restaurants, beach clubs, cenotes, the Isla Mujeres ferries. Book by the hour (minimum 4 hours) or the day (12 hours) and your driver waits at each stop, or book a single ride.
Parks, shows and cruises
Your ride can be part of the booking. Add round-trip transportation when you book park tickets, Cirque du Soleil or a day cruise; the Dinner Cruise includes it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Last-minute bookings are often possible, but we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
How do I pay?
Cash (USD or Mexican pesos) or online. Online payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. When your flight is canceled, you can cancel your airport shuttle at no cost even after that.
Do the drivers speak English?
The drivers speak basic English and have years of experience driving guests who don’t speak Spanish. Language is rarely an issue.
Is there a holiday surcharge?
Yes. From December 24 to January 11, a 20% surcharge applies to all bookings.
