The marina fee is 15 USD per person, paid in cash at the marina. Our quote lists it, so there are no surprises.
Transportation
All cruises depart from Flamingos marina, about 10 minutes north of Cancun. We offer discounted round-trip transportation when you book the boat with us: pickup and dropoff at your accommodation in Cancun.

Good to Know
- Last-minute bookings are often possible, but we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
- Bring swimwear, sunglasses, and eco-friendly sunscreen. Everything else is provided.
- The sound system accepts Bluetooth. Bring your playlist.
Cancellation Policy
Boat charters involve reserved vessels and crew, so the policy is stricter than our other services.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before departure: 10% fee. The remainder of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: no refund of the deposit.
If conditions are unsafe and the captain cancels, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. Caribbean weather can shift quickly, but most days are ideal for sailing. Rain or clouds won’t cancel a trip. Unsafe conditions will.

How long is the cruise and when does it depart?
Four hours on the water, departing from Cancun at either 8 AM, 9 AM, 2 PM or 3 PM. Picking the morning slot gives you calmer water and fewer boats at the shipwreck. Afternoon catches the late sun.
What food and drinks are included?
Open bar (Corona Extra beer, Smirnoff vodka, Cuervo Especial Reposado tequila, Johnnie Walker Red Label whisky, Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, soft drinks, water, sparkling water and juices) plus freshly made guacamole, shrimp ceviche, fish ceviche, crispy chips, and fresh fruit. All-inclusive across the 4 hours.
How do we pay for the boat?
50% deposit by online payment link to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% paid at the marina on the day in cash (USD or MXN) or card (5% surcharge).
What if the weather is bad?
The Caribbean shifts fast but most days sail. The captain calls it on the morning of. If conditions are unsafe (lightning, swell, storm warning), the cruise is canceled and you get a full refund or a reschedule. If conditions are merely overcast or windy, the cruise still goes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible at a cost of 10% of the cruise with more than 14 days’ notice. With 14 days’ notice or less, the deposit is non-refundable.
