Frequently Asked Questions
Do I pay more when I book with you?
No. You pay the same as booking directly with the boat operator, the park or Cirque du Soleil, and we handle the tickets, transportation and questions in one place.
How far in advance should I book?
Last-minute bookings are often possible, but we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
Is transportation included?
The Dinner Cruise includes round-trip transportation. For the day cruises, the parks and Cirque du Soleil, you can add round-trip transportation from Cancun when you book.
How do I pay?
Park and Cirque du Soleil tickets: with an online payment link. Cruises: 50% with an online payment link to confirm, and the rest at the marina in cash (USD or MXN) or by card (5% surcharge). Day cruises also have a marina fee, paid in cash.
What is the cancellation policy?
Park and Cirque du Soleil tickets are non-refundable once confirmed. Cruises: cancel more than 14 days ahead for 10% of the cruise price; with 14 days’ notice or less, the deposit is non-refundable. A cruise canceled for unsafe weather gets a full refund or a new date.
Are the activities good for kids?
Kids are welcome on all three cruises, with life jackets in kids’ sizes; the Dinner Cruise is designed for adults. Xcaret is the best pick for families. Each park’s page and the JOYÀ page have their age rules and children’s prices.
