Nicoletta is an Italian restaurant on the lagoon in the Hotel Zone: handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza and fettuccine Alfredo finished tableside in a Grana Padano wheel. For dessert, the 24K tiramisú is a chocolate bar filled with espresso-soaked cookies and mascarpone cream.
The room is all tall arched windows over the lagoon, with vines across the ceiling, blue-and-white tiles and classical statues behind the bar. Window tables catch the sunset. Great for a relaxed date, a long family dinner, or a Prosecco cocktail at the bar.

Loved my experience at Nicoletta! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The service was impeccable and the waiters always made sure if everything was good. Food was delicious- my husband got the Shrimp Capallini and I got the Fettuccine alfredo with Shrimp. For the Alfedo, they brought out the cheese wheel to finish cooking in front of us as a mini show. Overall great experience and was also surprised with a cake for our anniversary celebration. Would definitely recommend Nicoletta!
Decent food, really nice atmosphere, good service, good view of sunset on lagoon. The GOOD: I enjoyed salmon - the seasoning was on point, and the outside of the fish was fried to crispy. The fried artichoke appetizer was good - we got to pair with different olive oil and vinaigrette. The tuna carpaccio was interesting - lots of different flavors. The OK: The pasta was kinda dry when served, although the sauce was good and chicken was tender. The minestrone soup was unimpressive: not very flavorful and was only lukewarm. We mentioned its our anniversary on opentable and they offered us a chocolate cake and took a Polaroid photo for us, which felt very special!
Amazing experience! Food was delicious and the service was simply fantastic. Peralta and Angel were very attentive and made the entire dining experience as perfect as it gets. From tasting a few of their wine options to detailed recommendations, they were great. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun :)
The food was good, we ordered the fettuccine alfredo and the spicy vodka rigatoni. The atmosphere and service were amazing. Eliel and Lupita made sure everything was perfect, and we appreciated the complimentary cake for our anniversary.

What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations without a deposit can be canceled at no cost before the reservation time. With a deposit, cancel 14 days or more ahead at no cost; from 13 days to 72 hours ahead, 20% of the group total is charged; within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
