The Night
Chambao brings live entertainment alongside the DJ: a live guitarist, an aerial show above the dining room, and a fashion show. The energy builds through the evening, but the room stays seated, so you can still hear each other talk.
The menu is focused on Kobe, Wagyu, and aged Creekstone Farms cuts, fresh seafood including lobster and colossal octopus, and the signature Lucifer tomahawk flambéed tableside.

This is our 1st time at Chambao, had tried Rosa Negra before. Chambao did not disappoint, food was excellent!!! We had the colossal octopus and the 28 day aged ribeye along with truffle cream corn. The entertainment was 10/10 and the DJ was also 10/10. Atmosphere was upscale and elegant. Our waiter did a good job, his helper, a young lady did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend this place, book a late dinner reservation and stay long for the music and entertainment.
I was with a group of four women celebrating a birthday. We went on a Monday night and found this place on a whim, deciding to try it on our last night in Cancun. Let me tell you, this place was an experience I will never forget. From the moment we walked in, the staff took amazing care of us. Please ask for Alex, Alejandro, and Peter when you go—they were so helpful and truly made my friend’s celebration special. The music and DJ set the perfect vibe, the hookah was delicious, and the aesthetics of the ambiance at night were stunning. The vibe is something I’ve never experienced before. The food was absolutely to die for. It is a little pricey, but it was worth every penny. They even went above and beyond—someone came over, put on gloves, and peeled all my shrimp for me! I’m not one to be easily impressed, so for me to say it’s a 10, it’s a 10. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Cancun. Highly recommend this place for a fun, memorable night.
Amazing experience if you have to ask the price you cant afford it so stay home. But worth every dollar better then any Ruth chris or any other high end restaurant I have been to in my life. The view and sunset was memorable and im not one to care much about things like that but they did a whole show. It was crazy I would recommend 10x's over. I ordered a tomahawk and lobster 3x's the size of any lobster I have gotten before as well. And also the best new york steak I ever had more like filet grade steak. All in all very good food and good vibes.
We had a sunset birthday dinner here. Steak, tacos, Cesar salad, red wine. It was all delicious! Service was excellent. Ambience beautiful.
