Good to Know
- Last-minute bookings are often possible, but we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
- Let us know about dietary restrictions or allergies. The chef can adjust the menu.
- The sound system accepts Bluetooth. Bring your playlist.
Cancellation Policy
Boat charters involve reserved vessels and crew, so the policy is stricter than our other services.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before departure: 10% fee. The remainder of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: no refund of the deposit.
If conditions are unsafe and the captain cancels, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. Caribbean weather can shift quickly, but most days are ideal for sailing. Rain or clouds won’t cancel a trip. Unsafe conditions will.

Perfect boat day! The catamaran was beautiful and perfect for our group of 12. Hosts were fun and attentive. The guacamole and ceviche were fresh and delicious!

What is included in the price?
Transportation and marina fees are included in the price. You pay one number and the entire evening is handled: the driver picks you up at 7:30 PM and returns you to your accommodation after the cruise. Dinner, drinks, crew, and ambiance all included.
How long is the cruise and when does it depart?
Three hours on the water, departing from Flamingos marina at 8 PM. The driver picks you up at 7:30 PM.
Will we see the sunset?
Depending on the season, sunset in Cancun falls between 6 PM and 7:30 PM. You board after dark and dine under the stars. If you want a sunset cruise, the Luxury 5-Hour Cruise with a 3 PM departure is the better pick.
What is on the menu?
Multi-course à la carte dinner, prepared on the boat. Several main options including seafood, steak, and vegetarian. Full menu on the page. Dietary restrictions accommodated with notice.
What about drinks?
Unlimited premium open bar: Michelob Ultra and Corona Extra beer, Bombay gin, Absolut Blue vodka, Alipus mezcal, Don Julio Reposado and Maestro Dobel tequila, Chivas Regal 12 Years and Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky, Matusalem Gran Reserva 15 Years rum, PKNT white, rosé and red wine, plus soft drinks, water, sparkling water and juices.
How do we pay for the boat?
50% deposit by online payment link to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% paid at the marina on the day in cash (USD or MXN) or card (5% surcharge).
What if the weather is bad?
The Caribbean shifts fast but most days sail. The captain calls it on the morning of. If conditions are unsafe (lightning, swell, storm warning), the cruise is canceled and you get a full refund or a reschedule. If conditions are merely overcast or windy, the cruise still goes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible at a cost of 10% of the cruise with more than 14 days’ notice. With 14 days’ notice or less, the deposit is non-refundable.
