Born in Tulum’s jungle, transplanted to the Hotel Zone. Taboo is a Mediterranean dinner-show: wood-fired meats, fresh seafood, a raw bar and shareable Med plates, served to live sax and violin that escalate as the night goes on, before the fireworks on select nights. The party keeps going after them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mediterranean dinner that turns into a full-blown party. Live sax, violin and fireworks build the energy through the evening, and the room keeps going after the last act.

Elegant. No swimwear, athletic wear or beach attire. Think dressy resortwear – linen, flowy dresses, dressy sandals.

Mediterranean – raw bar, ceviches and tartares, hummus and mezze, grilled octopus, whole fresh fish, wood-fired prime cuts, lamb, salads, risottos, and Med-style desserts. Strong cocktail and wine program.
