Mariachi Show

Porfirio’s is modern Mexican done with craft and a sense of theatre. Dinner starts unhurried: chiles en nogada, mole, and iconic dishes from every region of Mexico, in a room built for lingering. Then the mariachi arrives.

At 8 PM and again at 9, the band takes over: trumpets, violins, and a room that stops mid-conversation. Between sets it settles back into dinner, so you can still hear each other talk. If you want a party after dessert, this is not the place. If you want a proper Mexican dinner with a moment in the middle, reserve a table.
