Ilios is loud, and a little chaotic – in the best way. Dinner starts calm: Greek mezze, lamb chops, fresh seafood, and a glass of Assyrtiko under the stars. Then the lights drop.

At 9 PM, the fire performers take over. By 10, plates are in the air. By 11, the whole room is on its feet. If you want a polite, quiet dinner in Cancun, this is not the place. If you want a night you’ll talk about at home – reserve a table.
